Industry creates value and drives the economy. That defines the jobs and skills the economy actually needs. Those needs should shape the curriculum and training we design. And only then — at the very end of that chain — does education prepare people for real opportunities. Right now, we've flipped that. We build curricula in isolation, disconnected from industry, and hope graduates figure out the rest on their own."
